It has been one hot minute since I had a DIY post on this site! I've been doing all sorts of DIY sprucing up around our new apartment, so I thought I'd begin to share those projects with you. Today's project is possibly the easiest one I've ever done.
We really needed coasters for the living room coffee table, but all I could seem to run across at yard sales and thrift stores were hideously themed thirsty stones. I caved and got a goofy set of grand canyon coasters though I loathed having them out for everyone to see. Since I don't need an additional reminder of where I live, I decided to take matters into my own hands and give the little guys a facelift. The steps are so easy, I figured we could do without a photo for each one.
Supplies // paint / colored markers / roller or brush / coaster set /
How To // 1. Brush or roll several layers of acrylic paint over the tops of the coasters 2. Use multi-colored markers for the embellishments on the sides.
